▌   ISO37301 Compliance Management System Certification

After the release of the ISO 37301: 2021 "Compliance Management System Requirements and Guidelines for Use" standard, it replaced the ISO 19600: 2014 "Guidelines for Compliance Management Systems" (the corresponding Chinese standard is GB/T 35770: 2017). Both SO standards are based on the same architecture, risk-based approach, and focus on the overall compliance management system. However, only 1SO 37301 can be used as a criterion for third-party certification. ISO 37301 specifies the requirements for organizations to establish, operate, maintain and improve compliance management systems, and provides guidelines for use, providing a systematic approach for various organizations to improve their compliance management capabilities. The PDCA concept it adopts fully covers the entire process of establishing, operating, maintaining and improving a compliance management system. Based on the principles of compliance governance, it provides a complete set of solutions for organizations to establish and operate compliance management systems and spread a positive compliance culture.

▌   Special requirements for compliance management system certification applications

1. The applicant organization should not have any serious non-compliance/non-compliance incidents in the past year, and its management system certification certificate should not have been revoked by other relevant certification bodies due to negative circumstances;

2. Applicants shall not intentionally or unintentionally avoid certain aspects of business activities:

The relevant laws, regulations and standards for the business activities of the application organization; permits, licenses or other forms of authorization (when necessary); orders, regulations or guidelines issued by regulatory authorities; court judgments or administrative decisions; regulations, practices and agreements; compliance commitments, etc.;

4. The results of the applicant organization’s identification, analysis and evaluation of compliance risks, including major, significant and unavoidable compliance analysis and evaluation results
