Step 1: Apply for certification (preliminary negotiation) According to FS (requirements, forest farms, wood processing (including other wood products, such as pulp, cardboard, paper, printing, packaging, stationery, gifts, furniture, home furnishings, etc.) or trading companies decide to apply for FSC certification. Determine the expected value of success and formulate an FSC certification plan based on the basic materials of the applicant company.

Step 2: Signing the contract Based on the judgment of first-hand information, our company signs a contract with the applicant (the party being identified).

Step 3: Certification Consulting and Training Preparation The enterprise conducts internal training, documentation, labeling, rehearsal and other work according to the FSC principles and requirements, or hires a third-party certification consulting company to provide professional guidance to assist the enterprise to pass the FSC forest certification in one go.

Step 4: Audit and evaluation: The evaluation is carried out under the arrangement of the FSC certification company. The main contents of the evaluation are: 1. Product identification, 2. Product separation (certified and non-certified raw materials); 3. Establishment of files (including records); 4. Training and staff information, 5. Selection of applicable systems for the company, 6. Confirmation of product groups, and correct use of FSC logos and trademarks.

Step 5: Certification Report Based on the evaluation, the certifier will prepare a report. The report may indicate that the evaluation is qualified or point out deficiencies that need to be improved. The report will be sent directly to the certification decision-making body.

Step 6. Issuance of certification and registration If all steps have positive results, the company will be granted a certification certificate. If necessary, some conditions may be attached until these conditions are met within the specified time. The activities using the certificate in the market and the role of the registered FSC (organic certification, etc.) logo mark will be strictly controlled. Step 7.
