Object	Costco Requirements
child labor	Factories are not allowed to employ child laborers. Underage employees are not allowed to engage in heavy physical labor or other positions that may cause physical harm to them, and are not allowed to work night shifts.
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements	Supplier factories should, at a minimum, comply with the labor laws and environmental protection regulations of the country in which they are located.
Forced Labor	The client strictly prohibits factories from employing forced labor, including forcing workers to work overtime, using forced labor, prison labor, and withholding workers' identity documents as a threat to force workers to work.
operating hours	Costco's human rights factory inspection requires that weekly working hours should not exceed 60 hours and at least one day off per week
Salary and Benefits	Are employees' salaries lower than the local minimum wage? Do employees receive overtime pay for overtime work? ▌Quality Grade Classification

Costco quality inspection level classification: 1. 85 points or more, no MAJ and CR/items are considered passed. That is, the validity period is one year: 2. No MAJ and CRI issues. Generally, the total number of MINOR and MODERATE does not exceed 25 points, which is generally passed. 3. If there are MAJ and CRI items, no matter how high the score is, it will not pass and needs to be reviewed again after three months.
