Introduction to CSR Social Responsibility Report

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) means that while enterprises create profits and bear legal responsibilities to shareholders and employees, they also have to bear responsibilities to consumers, communities and the environment. Corporate social responsibility reports are systematic information disclosures of the company's philosophy, system, measures and performance in fulfilling its social responsibilities, and are an important vehicle for communication between companies and stakeholders.

In the GRI-G3 third generation reporting framework, it defines the content, quality and boundaries of the report. For example, various precautions, indicators, projects, etc., also covers the company's values, policies, operating management systems, goals and other contents.

In addition, as a reporting standard, companies can disclose according to GRI guidelines:

1. Strategy and overview, management policy, performance indicators;

2. Economic performance (e.g., financial burden and other risks of institutional activities caused by climate change, compensation limits of welfare plans, direct economic value, market share, indirect economic impact, etc.);

3. Environmental performance (e.g. energy, water, biodiversity, emissions, wastewater, products and services, transportation, etc.);

4. Labor practices and reasonable work performance (e.g. employment, labor-management relations, occupational health and safety, training and education, diversity, etc.):

5. Human rights performance (e.g. investment and procurement measures, non-discrimination, child labor, forced labor, etc.);

6. Community (e.g. bribery, public policy, compliance with regulations, anti-competitive behavior, etc.);

7. Product liability (e.g. customer health and safety, customer privacy, product and service labels, etc.)
