From January 10, 2024, Disney will accept SLCP verification reports for authorized (FAMA) factories. There is no limit on factory type and product category, nor on verification agencies. The specific requirements are as follows: Disney's email notification (see Appendix). The translation of the email is as follows: From January 10, 2024, Disney will accept Social and Labor Integration Program (SLCP) verification reports for authorized factories in permitted purchasing countries to meet Disney's LS audit requirements. If you are willing to provide SLCP verification reports to Disney ILS, please note that they must be converted through the hosting platform (FFC) before being sent to Disney. Disney will bear the conversion costs. If the SLCP verification is conducted on the HIGG/Worldly platform, the factory needs to pay $60 to transfer the report from the HIGG/Worldly platform to the FFC platform to facilitate sharing of the verification report on the FFC.

SLCP verification reports must be eligible for transition and meet the following requirements:
1. After the SLCP verification date, the conversion must be completed on the FFC platform within 6 months;
2. The SLCP verification report must include the data completed in step 2 or step 3 of the SLCP data collection tool. SLCP verification reports that only include data completed in step 1 are not acceptable: 3. The SLCP verification must include the complete audit scope (e.g. covering all personnel, physical areas, required documents)
4. Only factories that have obtained Disney Production Authorization (FAMA) can submit SLCP verification reports. If you are not sure whether a factory has been authorized, please contact your Disney ILS representative. 5. Please note that the conditions for ILS audit reports to be considered "qualified" can be found in the ILS Program Manual. If the SLCP verification report does not meet the conversion conditions, you may be charged a report conversion fee. If your SLCP verification report meets the above requirements, you should do the following:
Email your LS representative to request a SLCP Verification Report and provide the Facility Name, Facility ILS Number, Licensee/Intermediary Name, Licensee/Intermediary LS Number, indicate if you are a FFC member, and an email address that Disney can use to create a Licensee/Intermediary account and login. Please note that Disney ILS will share this information with FFC and your information will be processed in accordance with FFC’s Privacy Policy. Your ILS representative will then inform you of the process for converting the SLCP Verification Report through FFC. If the SLCP Verification Report shows that the Facility does not comply with Disney ILS MCS requirements, you will be required to submit a qualified ILS Audit Report within 120 days to demonstrate compliance with the MCS requirements.
